Training staff to work with AI

Staff are already using these tools; the management simply does not know. Training turns unmanaged practice into managed: where the tool helps, where it invents things and what must never be pasted into it.

What the work includes

The content is assembled for specific departments, because accounting, sales, support and marketing have nothing in common in how they would use it.

Discuss the scope

How it works

Why a confident phrasing tells you nothing about whether the content is true.

How to phrase it

Practice on the participants' real tasks instead of abstract exercises.

How to verify

Techniques for checking claims quickly. Without that skill everything else is dangerous.

What not to send

We go through what information must not be sent outside and why that is a question of law rather than only commercial confidentiality.

Your own tools

The sessions use what is permitted at the company, including tools running inside the perimeter.

Правила

We help formulate a clear policy instead of a ban that will be worked around anyway.

How it goes

A basic session takes half a day; an in-depth course for a department takes two days.

01

A survey

We gather who already uses what and what they hope to hand over to the tool.

02

Preparation

We take the material from their everyday work rather than standard demo exercises.

03

The session

Practice with every result reviewed on the spot.

04

Consolidation

A short guide and a review of the accumulated questions two weeks later.

An answer copied into a document without checking will reach a client sooner or later. Invented details, non-existent article numbers and plausible quotations look convincing right up to the moment someone who knows the subject reads them. The skill of verifying matters more than the skill of prompting.

Questions and answers

There is no need. The first to be trained are those who write and read all day: sales, marketing, support, HR. For everyone else a short briefing on what must not be sent outside is enough.

Split them into groups. Seating people who have used it for a year alongside those seeing it for the first time is pointless: the first get bored, the second lose the thread. In practice two groups settles the question.

Then the conversation about rules is needed even more. Close off access without offering an alternative and the work moves to personal phones, and the company stops seeing what is happening at all. Our help lies in making the rules ones people actually follow.

We will train your staff

Tell us which departments and with what tasks. We will build the programme around your own examples.
