Solutions

The service list says what we can do. The solutions section answers a different question: what to do in your particular situation. It gathers ready-made sets of work by task, industry or company size, with the order of steps, the timeline and the scope.

For a specific task

For cases where the goal is clear but what it is made of and where to start are not.

Do not see your own task

Data localisation

Moving systems and databases to a site inside the country: an inventory, choosing the site, a test run and a switchover without downtime.

Personal data protection

Paperwork and technical measures before an inspection: a data inventory, a threat model, a set of internal documents and configured security tools.

Office relocation

Network, servers and desks at the new address. The schedule is built so that on Monday people sit down and start working.

Opening a branch

A repeatable kit and a link to head office: one template that gets deployed at every new address.

Remote work

Desktops on a server, access to the accounting database and private channels: people work from home and on the road while the servers are not exposed to the internet.

Downtime protection

Backups, monitoring and a procedure: it is known in advance how long the downtime will last and who does what.

By industry

Every industry has its own set of software and its own cost of stopping. This is what your kind of business usually needs.

Retail and e-commerce

Cash registers, product codes, an online storefront and accounting sync: one stock figure across all channels and receipts going to the operator.

Manufacturing

A network between buildings, servers and accounting: connectivity amid interference, resilience to failures and duty by shifts.

Healthcare

Stronger protection for health data and resilient systems: the clinic cannot afford to stop seeing patients.

Construction

Links to sites, workstations for design software and moving heavy calculations onto a shared server.

Logistics

Warehouse, handhelds, data exchange and monitoring: goods in and out without typing numbers by hand.

Public sector

Software from the register, an institutional website and information security requirements, along with the paperwork for the procurement procedure.

How we choose a scenario

A ready-made scenario is a starting point, not a sealed box. The contents are always adjusted to your circumstances.

01

We look into where things stand

We find out what is going on, by when it is needed and what you count as success. Quite often the task sounds completely different after the conversation.

02

We survey what you have

We survey what you have and look for what will get in the way. Five working days, free of charge, and the report stays with you.

03

The list and the quote

We take the scenario as a base, cross out what is not needed and add what is missing. The quote is ready in two days.

04

We do it and hand it over

We work in stages, you sign off each one, we hand over the documents and, if you wish, take the result on for support.

A scenario and a service are different things. A service describes what we can do. A scenario describes your situation and the order of steps within it. One scenario usually draws on items from four to six different areas.
