Retail and e-commerce

In retail, downtime is measured not in hours but in receipts that were never issued. A till without connectivity, stock figures that have drifted apart between warehouse and website, a frozen code scanner - each of these small things stops revenue immediately. We build a scheme where the shops and the online storefront live on shared data.

What it is built from

Six parts: half about the shop floor and the till, half about selling online. What holds them together is a single stock system.

Check the scope

Tills and receipt transmission

We deliver it, register it with the state revenue authorities, sign the contract with the fiscal data operator and connect it to your stock system. For selling through a website a cloud register is enough, with no hardware at all.

Codes on the goods

The full cycle for the «Taңba» system: scanners, label printing, configuring code receipt and write-off, training for shop staff.

Internet in the shop

A primary and backup link with automatic failover, a separate segment for the tills and an open network for visitors.

The online storefront

A catalogue, a basket, payments and delivery on the platform, with products, prices and orders flowing to the accounting system and back.

Marketplaces

Kaspi, Halyk Market and other marketplaces: we upload the listings, keep one stock figure and pull the orders into a single system.

One stock figure

Reservation and write-off rules so the last item cannot leave the counter, the website and the marketplace at the same time.

What stops trading

The four things that go wrong in shops most often. There is an inexpensive measure against each, put in place beforehand.

Minutes of downtime The internet went down in the shop A mobile backup with automatic failover helps
Hours of downtime Receipts are not reaching the operator Monitoring the link and a spare till help
Days of clean-up The stock figures drifted apart A shared stock system instead of manual exports helps
Fines The codes were not written off at the point of sale Automatic transmission and error handling help

In retail a backup connection is not a luxury but a mandatory line in the budget. An hour without connectivity on a weekday evening costs more than a mobile backup for a whole year. Failover is configured once and then works by itself.

Questions and answers

Usually yes, but the effort depends on the version and how heavily the configuration has been rewritten. A standard one syncs almost immediately; a heavily customised one needs its own handler. We look at the database before starting and give you a precise answer rather than a blind promise.

If you sell only through a website, a cloud register is enough: it creates and sends receipts and needs no hardware in the office. A physical till is required where cash is taken or payment happens on the shop floor.

That is precisely why the sync is set up. Stock is written off in the shared system no matter where the order came from. On top we add reservation so the same last item cannot go to two buyers at once.

Yes, for retail the duty schedule is fitted to trading hours rather than office hours. Most take the package with a round-the-clock line: Saturday and Sunday are the peak for takings, and a failure on those days costs the most.
