This document applies to the website and all its forms: requests, newsletter sign-ups and support enquiries. By submitting a form you agree to the arrangements set out below.
Who is responsible for the data
The owner and operator of personal data is LLP «Apply», address: 050057, Kazakhstan, Almaty, Bostandyk district, Bukhar Zhyrau boulevard, building 62B, BIN 220540005599. Data is processed and stored within the Republic of Kazakhstan.
What exactly we collect
We collect exactly as much as is needed to reply and to work under the contract. We do not touch special category data or biometrics at all.
- Contact details - how to address you, your phone, email and organisation name.
- The content of the enquiry - what you wrote in the form: the topic and the description of the task.
- Contract data - bank details, contacts of responsible persons, passwords to the systems we support.
- Technical data - your IP address, browser and device, and the pages you viewed.
We never ask for passwords through forms on the website. Access to your systems is granted only under contract and only through the channel we have agreed separately.
Why this is needed
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and put together a proposal.
- To sign the contract and carry out the work under it.
- To accept support requests, keep track of them and monitor deadlines.
- To send you emails if you have subscribed to them.
- To understand which parts of the site are read and which are not.
Grounds and retention
The basis on which we keep information depends on why you provided it.

Browser files and analytics
Small files in the browser let the site remember your chosen city and render pages correctly. Some of them are set by analytics counters, which collect anonymised statistics.
You can turn them off in your browser settings. The site will still work, but you will have to pick your city on every visit.
Who else sees the data
We do not trade in personal data or hand it over for advertising. Disclosure is possible only in a few specified cases.
- To contractors - when the work needs an engineer in your city. We pass on only what is essential to do the job.
- To infrastructure providers - the hosting platform where the site runs and mail services located inside the country.
- To government bodies - on a justified request made in accordance with the law.
Retention period and protection
We keep nothing longer than the periods in the table above. Once the period ends the data is deleted or anonymised.
- Access is open only to the employees who need it for their work.
- Every request is logged, accounts are personal and there are no shared logins.
- Transfers go over encrypted channels and archives are held in a closed environment.
- Every year we review the list of what we collect and cross out anything we can do without.
What you can demand
The rights granted by the personal data law apply at any time.
- Find out exactly what we hold about you and on what basis.
- Demand that inaccurate data be corrected or everything deleted.
- Withdraw consent to processing and to emails.
- Complain about us to the authorised body or go to court.
The simplest way to withdraw consent is by email to us. We deal with the request within ten working days and tell you what was done.
When the information is needed to perform the contract or is required by law, withdrawing consent does not erase it at once: it is kept until the end of the set retention period.
