A cloud register in Bitrix

If you sell only through the website, a physical till is unnecessary: a cloud register creates the receipt and sends it to the operator without taking up space in the office. We connect it together with the payment provider so the receipt goes out without human involvement.

What the work includes

The register is connected together with the payment provider: the receipt has to appear at the moment of payment rather than when somebody remembers it.

Renting a cloud register, registering it with the state revenue authorities, a contract with the operator.

Linked to payments

The receipt is created automatically as soon as the money reaches the account.

Receipt contents

Correct names, tax rates and the attributes for the item and the payment method.

Product marking

The codes go into the receipt if the product is on the list requiring marking.

Prepayment

Different documents are generated for a prepayment and for settlement at the moment the goods change hands.

Refunds

Whether the purchase is cancelled in full or part of the sum is refunded, the corresponding document is issued.

The technical part takes a couple of days, while the paperwork and issuing the signature stretch the timeline most.

Testing

A test sale with a real receipt and a refund. We confirm the receipt reached the operator.

A receipt that never reached the operator does not stop the sale. The customer paid, the goods shipped, but the fiscal data was not transmitted, and it comes to light at a reconciliation months later. Monitoring receipt delivery has to be switched on from day one rather than assumed to work.

Questions and answers

Cash and payments over the counter require a real device. The cloud option is designed purely for remote payments: a purchase on the site, payment via a link, a transfer from a private individual.

The codes have to be included in the receipt at the point of sale, otherwise the goods do not leave the marking system. Cloud registers can do this, but the integration must be configured and tested on a real sale.

The seller. The register sends exactly what it was given. That is why the names, tax rates and payment attributes are configured once and carefully rather than found by trial and error.
