What you rent is not bare hardware but a working network: selection, installation, setup and responsibility for it staying up.

Rental saves most on sites with an unknown lifespan. A building project, a seasonal warehouse, an office taken for the length of a refit: buying equipment for them makes no sense, yet working without a proper network is impossible. When the site closes, the hardware simply comes back to us.

Questions and answers

The equipment itself, its setup, maintenance and replacement on failure. Only installation work at a new site and cabling, if it is required, are counted separately.

Over a long run on a permanent site it is cheaper, provided someone maintains it. Rental wins when the term is uncertain, the budget is limited and you have no wish to deal with repairs and spare units.

On important sites the same working day, because we keep spare units ourselves. On the rest, within one or two days. Waiting for a delivery from the manufacturer never falls to you.
